It really has been a long time after the books were written that I actually picked them up to read them. They are magnificent works of art. Now, I’m the second oldest in my family, so you can imagine how I feel when I read the books. Oh, and by the way, nice poem Alyssa. 🙂

Hi! 😀 Yesterday I decided that I ought to write the Poem that Janner had to write about the Dragon Day festival! If nobody minds can I post it here??? 😀 THANK YOU MR. PETERSON for writing this AWESOME series!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The Dragon Day Festival
Janner Igiby (Or Alissa….)
The days are long when you are waiting for a special day
Then you go into town and hear the music of the Bard play
My brother follows and my sister too
Today we can stay out until curfew
The Dragons swim below in the water
Tink’s stomach growls with hunger
Now the Dragons sing a great song
And Leeli accompanies and sings along
The Dragons stop and stare in awe
She sings it wonderfully, without flaw
Now we must go home to rest
This was truly a great day, one of the best
Surely The Dragon Day Festival
Was… Best of All!
THANK YOU MR. PETERSON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My stomach growled more than just once. Great poem. Sounded like something my brother would write.
