Today is Sanctity of Human Life Sunday.
It is held every year, around the anniversary of Roe v. Wade—January 22nd, 1973.
Since then, over 56 million babies have been aborted in the United States—137 every hour.
And today is the day we remember both those lost and celebrate those who have been saved.
In the video below, we see a 2015 Sanctity of Human Life Sunday video from the Freeport Pregnancy Center. This center is like so many other centers around the United States. They all tell a similar story of love and care for both mother and child.
Do you know where the closest pregnancy center is in your community?
If you had to tell someone where to go, do you know where you would send them?
It’s easy enough to say that you support life or that you’re against abortion, but these are general judgements void of mercy and grace.
Find out where pregnancy centers are in your community. Visit them. Meet those who are active in making a life changing difference in these young women’s lives; and consider donating your time and resources to support life and not just be against abortion.
Go and give life.
